Broward Arts Journalism Alliance Program 2014-15

SPJ Florida is proud to partner with Broward Arts Journalism. Beginning this fall, the Cultural Division will collaborate with the Goldring Arts Journalism Program at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, and with the Janklow Arts Leadership Program at Syracuse University to design and deliver a repertoire of arts journalism training programs for the area’s content providers, professional broadcasters, media journalists and citizen writers.

Writers, bloggers, and content providers from the entire region are welcome to attend.

The series is scheduled for October 18, 2014; January 31, 2015; and February 21, 2015 at ArtServe • 1350 E. Sunrise Blvd. • Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.

Designed to explore innovative methods in local arts coverage, the goal of this seminar program is to provide new skills and insight in order to achieve a greater volume of new content, with a richer and more informed dialogue about the arts community.

The cost for each workshop day is $25, in advance. SPJ Members can save $10 during registration! See each registration page for more details.
